Rates, Deposit, Reservation, Cancellation, Registration & assorted other information
Cozy Cottage at Bear Paw Resort

Rates: Rates are based on the number of people shown for each cabin. Extra person charges are: $20/day/person (all ages) are applied for each person over the base number. Prices do not reflect 6.5% MN state sales tax and 3% local lodging surcharge.

Deposits: Secure your reservation within seven days with a deposit, either by check or major credit card, equal to one third of the rental for the period reserved. If the deposit is not received within seven days, your reservation will automatically cancel. Written confirmation will be mailed or e-mailed to you upon receipt of your deposit. Payment of balance is due upon arrival or you may choose to pay in full ahead of your vacation time.

Cancellations: Your have have the right to cancel with 60 days written notice. With timely cancellation notice, all advance funds will be returned less a $50 cancellation fee. If less than 60 days written notice, all advance funds will be forfeited unless we can re-book your rental dates. No refunds will be given for early departure as you are responsible for the entire time booked once within the cancellation period.

Registration & Visitors: Upon arrival please register the names and addresses of all occupants of your cabin (including all children). For the privacy and security of all our resort guests, please get prior approval for visitors and have them register at the office. We reserve the right to charge for ($5 per day / person) and to limit the number of visitors. Guests, please inform your visitors of resort policies, as they do apply to everyone on the resort property.

Your are responsible for and your credit card will be charged for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning resulting from your stay.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT TIME: 9:00 a.m.

For the peace, safety & enjoyment of all our guests we do not allow pets, jet skis or fireworks. There are no exceptions.
